Florida Trial Counsel is designed as a statewide lawyer-to-lawyer trial practice. The role is defined by what the case and referring firm need—not by the location of a permanent office. Meetings can occur by video, at the referring firm, or where the matter is being tried.

Engagements can include a Trial Readiness Review, Trial Notebook Development, Targeted Trial Support, Lead Trial Counsel, co-counsel, an Outside Trial Department relationship, and Florida trial support for out-of-state firms. The underlying work can include case review, investigation, depositions, experts, motions, jury selection, opening, direct and cross-examinations, evidence, jury instructions, closing, and appellate preservation.
